PARACHUTE

PARACHUTE is an international Erasmus+ training course focused on strengthening the capacity of youth workers to support young people with fewer opportunities through creative and art-based methods. The training brings together participants from different European countries to explore practical approaches to safer spaces, empathy, emotional intelligence and challenging situations in youth work. Through non-formal education, creative activities and reflection, participants will also examine their own role and wellbeing as youth workers and exchange practices with colleagues from different backgrounds. Inspireus+ participates in PARACHUTE as a partner organisation from Türkiye and will support the preparation and participation of two participants in the international training. The project contributes to our work in inclusion, mental wellbeing, non-formal education and international learning while creating opportunities for our team to bring new methods and experiences back to our local activities.
